TrackWorks.ca takes privacy seriously.

We place a cookie on your device to recognize you during your visit. This cookie is anonymized and contains nothing but a unique alpha-numeric identifier. It does not contain your name, any information about your system, or any other information about you.

We do not collect or retain any data from your visit other than anonymized Google Analytics statistics.

Purchases

Any non-credit-card information entered on this site, including in the shopping cart, is never shared with anyone.

Credit card information, on the contrary, is only ever seen by Stripe, Inc., our payment provider. We don’t keep – or ever see – your Credit Card number. The payment details you enter on our site (Credit Card Number, Expiry Date and CVC number) are sent to Stripe, Inc. over an SSL-secured connection.

Should you choose to purchase a TrackWorks piece, your shipping address, email address, name, and phone number are only used to communicate with you about your order and to ship it to you.
